I'm totally new at this and i was wondering could someone recommend a joystick for this game.nothing to fancy or expensive.thanks

Anything by Logitech would be fine. Just make sure it has a solid base and a throttle. Expect to pay around €30 - €40. Saitek is the recommended brand for simming, they make some great sticks. I have the X52 Pro, it's feckin' brilliant. €120 though. Don't use it anymore.

I've had my old Saitek Cyborg for many many years, does stirling work, though I've lately been experimenting with a yoke (need pedals though)...

Basically, any 3 axis stick of reasonable quality will do nicely to begin with....

All will be fine. I'd go for the saitek simply because it can be used left handed (as I'm a citeóg)...
