What is the best performing/ value look-a-like at the moment

I am looking to replace my workplace / traffic smoking with vaping and Im interested in getting a look-a-like e-cig (i know they're not as good as the full vape but its a preference) . What is the best performing / best value one to buy currently, I want something as close as possible in size to a real smoke and multiple batteries in a kit would be helpful as it will be replacing close to 15 smokes a day.

I'd say this but the only draw back is that the tanks are .5ml in size so you could be going through 3-4 a day and filling can be fiddly.

The eroll would is good too.

And the innokin is also recommended

Just get the fruity flavour, as if you have the tobacco flavour one you'll only be thinking about smoking whilst vaping.

I got my missus the V1P kit from JACvapour, she's not had any issues with the set up yet. You get a nice PCC with it, just be sure to get an extra battery and a pack of empty carts [you get 5 pre-filled with the kit] - and a bottle of juice to get going.

any decent sites to get some flavours with a high (24mg) nicotine content ?

If you go to e-smokeireland.eu and order the Wingnut's juices you can specify your strength in the comment box when paying.

If you fancy a cigar the Puros Naturales from the same site only comes in 24mg and it's an unbelievable juice. So good.
