Well, rum with honey is good, but whiskey? Nah.

I've seen ads for it everywhere, but haven't seen it in any offies yet.
The Jack Daniels one is ok though.

My Father has tried it, and says its vile.
We have similar tastes too, so i will not pay for some, but will get a free sample soon.

I bought a bottle at the distillery, had a very, very small taste, it was ok, I had thought to put in hot whiskeys but went to try it a couple of weeks later and found the wife had taken it to a party. It's not something I'd buy again unless it was very cheap, I like my Islays, but bought it for the novelty.More importantly, a discussion was had re her opening my whisky cabinet.

I don't think it is really going to appeal to whiskey drinkers - rather to people who think whiskey has a "sting".

Bushmills Honey is Bushmills answer to Irish Mist. This whiskey and honey is all the rage at the mo with the like of Beam doing one too and a few others. Macallan did one a few years ago and was way too sweet. Basically a liqueur.
