Has the syllabus changed much since 2009? I am sitting December 2013. Will I be able to study the 2009 book and learn some new stuff online or is it essential to purchase the up to date version?

    Thanks

F2 has a very basic syllabus and even if the syllabus has changed a bit, it will probably be very similar to the current one. Go to accaglobal.com and check the syllabus there. Also, check the past papers and you will be able to get some idea. Again, F2 is so easy (while fundamental) that it doesn't make much difference even if the syllabus has changed.
