hi my partners sister is was on job seekers and it was stopped. She has to go to the health-board clinic to get payment until things get sorted out. How much money is normally given to a single person in the health-board clinic and how much money does job seekers also normally pay.

That depends on her age. 188 being the maximum for a single person with no dependants over the age of 25.

    18-21 100 euro a week
    21-24 144 euro a week
25 and over 188 per week.

If she is >25 years of age then she will receive €186 pw from the community welfare officer once she doesnt have any capital >€5000 or some other source of income.

The payment on jobseekers would depend on whether she is on jobseekers benefit/jobseekers allowance - her average weekly earnings in the governing year would determine what she would receive on jsb - if she is on jsa it would depend on her age and if she has capital >€20000 or some other source of income.
