13 weeks later an I recieve my fixed penalty charge . Such a kick in the teeth

    Well I knew it was coming . But after a month or two of waiting I thought to myself , hold on . I may have got away with this . Not that I deserved to . But anyways 3 months down the road and my fixed penalty charge arrived in the post today :( 6 month driving ban and fine to contend with now . Anyways its not too bad . I live 2 mile from work and I can purchase a bicycle with the hope that this summers weather will b good ... But what a wait .. 13 weeks !!!!!
