Google is reporting service disruptions with email, document, spreadsheet and presentation services. Google Drive also is listed as having a service disruption and the administrative control panel has a service outage. The problems appear to have started shortly before 8 a.m. Tuesday.

Anyone else having problems with Gmail?

There was an outage of Google Apps which impacted some users earlier today.
As far as I know they've since resolved it
