My neighbour asked me to sell a house he had built because the agent he had could not sell it. I sold the house for him after a few years and i will be getting a percentage of the sale, Do i pay tax on any money i get from him?
Im not working but i was always availble for work if i had got a job.
Where do i stand with this? I dont want any problems with the tax man e.t.c
Would be very gratful if anyone can advise me, as i dont mind paying the tax, if any is due. thank you
