Lidl tap and die set- any good?

    I saw a cheap (around the €10 mark) tap and die set on offer in my local Lidl, are they any good (for a very occasional user like me), worth a punt? Not a thing I would use too often I'd imagine but handy to have, if even just to repair a thread, I would have thought.

    Not bad at all.

    Ok for rethreading some some blunted/damaged threaded bar.

    Holesaw sets are also good enough,,handy to have to hand.:)

    Yeah I got the set about two years ago... Great value... Worked great for me on a number of projects.
