    I would like to know can two magic eyes be used for controlling a sky box. I have one already but need one in a different room.

    I have three eyes in different rooms operating the one box. As long as they're not changing channels at the same time, there's no issues.

    And, obviously, you need a SkyLink compatible amplified splitter to connect them. Make sure connections are good to pass DC. Make sure cable is double-screened for reliable operation.
