    Hi All,

Just looking for a bit of advise re holidays due.

I am entitled to 25 days holidays for a full time working year as I was on last year.

From January I started on a 3 day week. From the 15th April until the end of June I am back on a 5 day week. From July onwards I am assuming I will be back to 3 days but am not sure.

Can someone advise me if this is the case,. how may days leave am I due for the full year ?

Also, I had booked a week off in June before I knew I was going back on a 5 day week.

I was taking only 2 days holidays as it was the bank holiday week and I thought I was on a 3 day week.

What would the situation be now that I am back full time ?

It seems unfair that I had budgeted for 2 days holidays and now it could work out at 4 !

Thanks for any help/advise ye can give

You'll need to take four days of vacation if you're on fulltime week obviously as you made an assumption which turned out not to be true.

As for holidays, you're looking at 2.08 days per month on fulltime and 1.25 per month for the months you're on three days week (60% of fulltime).
