Irish Rail, changing booking

...in Belfast. Not sure which train is suitable for my return journey from Belfast, so I will book a seat on the latest one. But what if I decide to go home on the earlier one? According to IE's website I can pay €10 at the booking office to change, but surely they don't take Euro in Belfast Central?
