Exterior painting of new house?

    Hi folks,
The external plastering of our house has been complete for nearly a year and we're going to paint shortly.
I'm just wondering if anyone has recommendations on this.
Should we apply an anti-fungal coat first?
Do you need to apply a primer coat?
Are 2 coats necessary for the first paint?
Any particular brands of paint to avoid or consider?
I'm trying to get a rough idea of costs at the moment - area of walls is almost 200m2.
    Any suggestions or advice appreciated.
    Thanks in advance.

It will require 2 coats. Read paint tin for instructions on watering down i.e. water down first coat more than second.
    We didn't use any anti-fungal.
We've used Weathershield and have not had any real issues in 2 years.

Tip for windows etc. Have a bucket of soapy water. Give window and frame a good lashing of soapy water before you paint around it. Any specs etc won't stick then or will be easier to remove.
