Have you got a Sony Bravia KDL26EX553?

I believe this TV has Freeview HD and is Saorview approved. However, I was wondering, is it possible to delete channels from the channel list?

And another question, if I may. I see mention of something called "BBC Sport" available on "connected" TVs. Is this TV able to access this service - for snooker second table, for example?

It does support Freeview HD alright and it's possible on any Sony TV in the last few years at least to be able to delete and rearrange channels.

As for the BBC online materials, I'd be nearly definite that it's geo-restricted and won't be available via Irish internet providers.

For what it's worth, you can delete and rearrange channels on a Sony EX524 series TV, plus it can receive Freeview HD channels (has DVB-T2 tuner).
