This may have been discussed before but I would just like to let people know about these cycling Podcasts which are available on I-Tunes and their Website and are free! I usually listen to them at night time when i'm nodding off or doing stuff around the house.

I have found a lot them very interesting and they cover nearly all aspects of cycling from buying a bike, training, nutrition racing, bike equipment etc. They production quality is not great but the content is excellent. They explain things in such a way that somebody with no prior knowledge would understand however more knowledgeable folk would still find it informative.

It is run by 3 yanks, one Amateur cycling, one cycling coach and a bike fitter/mechanic. They are sound lads and there advice is very practical and entertaining in my very humble opinion.

Nice one, anything to get me through 8 hours of cutting and pasting is much appreciated.
