    I remember this from way back when. Went digging for it on another part of the forum and it's now on YouTube. It should be back on RTE.

    Along with the micro chipping of dogs there has been calls for dog licenses to have an insurance element for cases where owners can't, or won't, pay up. Won't solve all issues, but I think it's a good idea.

    That brings back memories, when did that ad air? The look he gives at the end is more of an I'm innocent look.
