I'm just wondering is it possible to defer a masters course for a year once it is offered or is it at the discretion of the different colleges?

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi

It really depends on the course coordinator - if the course has a high application rate, they may not allow it and would request that you accept your place this year or apply in open competition next year.

However, the course coordinator *may* allow a deferral under special circumstances.

You're better off emailing the course coordinator directly, the deferral decision can vary among courses, departments and colleges.

    Good luck
