I have a 3V card which I usually use to make transactions through PayPal using my laser card, but there aren't any shops near me that can have the ability to top-up my 3V card. Swirl Card. Gives you a physical MasterCard you can use in ATMs etc.

You can link your bank to it to top it up via your bank.
