But was offered 50€ credit and an engineer to call and look at my box for 10. to note though that anyone who had a discount on their tv will have lost it by getting the free movies for a month. I've to call accounts about it. Went from 19 to 27 pm. Back to 19 now without movies for 9 months and no contract

I also just phoned to cancel, and was given a e50 credit plus a lower pm charge for the very basic package. All I had to do was mention 'freesat' and they couldn't be nicer.
