Hardwareversand Order Delay

I ordered some parts from Hardwareversand on the 27th March and on the 3rd April transferred money was received and a message shown that parts were cleared for delivery.

On the 5th April I received a message that one of the parts the
    Thermalright X-Silent 140 mm - 900 U/min were out of stock.

I know that that supply was low when I ordered and they have received a delivery on the 10th and the 15th and are out of stock now again.

Everything else is ready to go and its not as if I needed the fans (qty 2) that bad as there were two in the case to start with.

They did tell me that I could cancel the order and they could credit my bank again, however as I could see the parts were due in and I held off as I have don't have too much time to start the build at the moment and the old PC is working away so I have been letting the time pass...I did hope that when the parts would come in that if my order was just sitting there waiting that they would take two and ship it.

I had also tried to apply a voucher I got online as a new customer for E10 and even raised a ticket which was raised to see if I could get it, however in the end I just transferred the money.

No response from them at all. I'm wondering are they waiting for a response from me on if I want the part or what is the delay. I could wait a little longer and wonder would it get messy if I just told them cancel this single part. I would hope that they wouldn't cancel the full lot tho...

The last update on the site on the 5th April is mail sent about missing parts.

Any advice or what the best way to proceed...

Get onto them until they get it sorted. Make up your mind what you want to do. If you get onto management they will ship the order now and send the fans out when they come into stock. You should be demanding that at this stage. It's their fault for the delays.
