Apparently eastern europe is excellent for plastic surgery. Particularly Hungary which is cheap but still really good. I wont get anything done here as there is little or no regulation. Plus I think British plastic surgery is tasteless and looks so unnatural.

PM me and il give you a name of a surgeon in NI.

Don't choose anywhere based on the price, this is your body. You don't want a botch job. Again I would avoid going abroad unless you are from that country, prices and reviews can be tempting. But if something goes wrong you may have to return to your surgeon months or even years down the line. Although as its your nose you could be safe enough going abroad.

I know a girl who had a gastric bypass abroad. All was fine, no problems until 4 years later. She did not have the money to return to the surgeon, the surgeons in the public hospital had no experience with this procedure!! Need to think long term.

Again stay away from "companies" that advertise on telly and offering great deals.

Harley is supposed to be good, i know a woman(she works in insurance and has a few bob) who got her boobs reduced in harley street, and the scars werent noticeable at all,the nipple reattached fine and there were no issues.

She also got a little lipo in the hard to burn areas around the love handles and middle/muffin top.

I also have a bump on my nose,i just want the bump taken away not my nose drastically changed in anyway, and im going over to harley street to get it done, might make a shopping trip out of it,and get some recell done too.
