Tivoli Threatre - accomadation

hi am going to a show next sat at Tivoli. Was thinking of staying in town , its mental money for any hotel nearby! I think its a non runner BUT does anyone know of maybe a nice decent B&B nearby that would be suitable for a couple top stay in:o thks Paddy

I've not stayed here but it's close to where I live and it looks quite nice

Main advantage of it would be that it's right beside the red line Luas and across the road from a stop for the 13 bus that will nearly drop you at the door of the Tivoli in 10-15 minutes (outside of rush hour weekday traffic)

Hilton Kilmainham is showing €109 on their site which is probably about the same as a BNB
