The greens can be nice, its a nine hole course on the Curragh. Similar problems to the below picture.

Tricky 9 hole course with very good fast greens, previous picture is an injustice to the course :)

i'm a member there - the greens are consistently in good shape and true
well worth a play - hope you enjoy it

course is quite short in general

handy high index to start with

    challenging holes
2nd/10th short par 3 surrounded by bunkers
7th/16th par 4 dogleg with a blind drive over gorse
    long par 4 4th

as its a doubleback course some of the pars change second time around

the bad frost in recent years has done damage to a lot of the gorse and a lot of clearing of the dead stuff has been done over last few weeks

have played competitions over last 3 weeks there fairways are pretty good at the moment, rough has been cut down which may be helping keep the sheep off the course as theres not much growth yet

watch out for oxx's strings of horses crossing the course going schooling, give them right of way, nice crowd in the clubhouse and full bar menu back in swing now

have a look at it on google maps the first and second greens are in a double fairy ring looks cool by satellite

I am joking to an extent. Its a good 9 hole course. As previously said the greens can be excellent. The sheep, whilst they stay off the greens, are all around the course as are their droppings which is not nice to cart around on your shoes, your ball, on your hands etc. It's a pity as the members and staff are sound and the clubhouse offers good food and a friendly atmosphere.
