Obtaining a brand new PPSN

Not sure if im asking about this in the right area or not but I was just wondering if anyone would know how to or is it even possible to obtain a brand new PPSN even though im a full Irish citizen living in ireland all my life and currently have a pps number anyways There are valid and sufficient reasons for this enquiry…

There are valid and sufficient reasons for this enquiry but I do not want to share these reasons as of yet anyways

Definitely not the place for this. Social Welfare office and/or Gardaí are the ones to ask.
