First time purchase. Irish Servers?

    I played Minecraft offline for a few months before eventually purchasing the game. I managed to get a good few servers but they're all full of immature teenagers ranging from 12-15 (assuming).

    Could anyone please redirect/recommend me any good Irish or Scottish servers, where there are a decent amount of nice people on it? Me & my girlfriend have been looking for ages now & found nothing.
