Spell Checker on boards

It can be useful but is it set to American English? I have noticed that words such as "realise", "colour", "behaviour" etc have the squiggly red lines under them, even though they are spelled correctly. This makes me doubt the spell checker on other words and I have to google them. Has anyone else noticed this?

Replying to a grammar type thread with wrong grammar/spelling is never going to be funny.

    I think that's a PEBCAK configuration issue.

Not if the OP is using Internet Explorer Firefox or Safari.

Ever since my chrome is set to Swedish because I went to Strockholm for a week two years ago, I've stopped using their spell checker.

(If anyone knows how to reset it back to english, and keep it in English, I'd be much oblighed!)

Everything I don't like is either woke or fascist - possibly both - pick one.

I use FireFox. Can you change the settings on it?

People have accents which aren't easily understood.
Also text and leet speak has made things awkard for
    youngsters nowadays.

I noticed this myself this morning! I genuinely wondered for a second if we had adopted the American English over British English in this country but came to the conclusion that boards were using some US software as the Spell check. It's a little bit odd if they've chosen to implement this themselves.

It's not boards, apparently it's your browser. I don't know which one you use but I use FireFox and this user converted me!
