Difference between these 2 laptops

My better half is getting a new laptop and is looking at a Lenovo (Asus has also been recommended to her). What she is looking for is a 17" screen, decent graphics and a good spec that will last her a few years. She uses it for basic office/college work, streaming movies/music etc. Wants a good graphic card but will NOT be using it for gaming.

She's has asked me to look at these 2 links to see what's the difference between the 2 but (apart from price) I'm not too sure.

Can anyone give us any advice?

I know these posts are a dime a dozen, but fortunately I received great advice previously regarding my new purchase a few months back. I went with the advice given, and am glad I did as I'm delighted with my 17" Sony Vaio.

    Thanks again.

Faster processor, better inbuilt graphics, faster ram. Just all round a **** load faster. Your inane to be buying a Pentium really really suggested the komplett one. Dont quote me I even think the new i7s dont pull as much power either as the p4's.
