Does anyone know anything about McGrath Builders in Dunlavin?
We're looking to buy a house that they built and just want a bit of feedback, good or bad.

We heard that some houses were built in Narraghmore very badly by a builder in Dunlavin but we think it was a different builder.

Any help would be very much appreciated :)

When you say built very badly, what do you mean. I think someone is just giving you aul gossip, i see this everywhere im afraid. The house will have certs for building regs and your own engineer will check all these out to see if theyve been built to standard. Would like to hear whats your perspective of a bad built house.
