You could make your own, lots of recipes online, or a cake?
I have recipe for banana peanut butter muffins, that we make for dogs birthday, they are edible for humans too, no wheat or sugar, but taste ok according to my daughter(I hate bananas), dogs love them!

I have a dog, I love my dog, he's the best dog in the world.
Celebrating pet birthdays? That's just silly.

The OP just asked about where to get a big dog biscuit, it didn't exactly sound like she/he was planning to have a massive birthday bash:rolleyes:

Edit=I'd 2nd mymo's post btw. Recipes online are easy to find :)

I think it's lovely celebrate a pets birthday after all they too are part of the family. We always do something to mark the occasion for Sami. It may be just something small as in getting him a really nice treat but I don't see anything wrong with it.

I made a cake for Phoes Birthday recently. It was a liver cake recipe I got online and was very easy. Then I decorated it with cream cheese and yoghurt icing, grated carrot sprinkles and bone biscuits.

I had a lot of time on my hands at the time. :D

They had half a chicken for their dinner, cake for dessert and spent the evening in front of the fire with bones.

    Happy Birthday Lola!
