Not happy can't get my ex out off my head

    Need some help I'm not with my ex since November 2012 and Im seen someone new but it doesn't feel right I keep havin the same dream off my ex and it got freaker because I was tellin him about my dreams in my dream and he said he was dreamin aswell it is makin me go mad anyone have any ideas what this means I know part off it is that I still love him and maybe have hope we will be back together in the near future but I duno why he is tellin me stuff in my dreams my head is all over the place

    Someone explain.

    that must be hard. can you give him a call and see if these dreams represent his true feelings?

    why would you do that? :confused:
    he isn't trying to contact her through her dreams.

    OP, they are dreams, its not a big deal at all. Everyone has them, they don't mean anything.
    i wouldn't worry too much

    I wouldn't call him he doesn't want anythin to do with me awh just when I get dreams I think they mean stuff happened again last night I had one there wrecking my head , miss my old life the dreams are makin me hold on too them i think ...do dream catchers work?? Anythin to stop me dreamin I'd be grateful for

    Nothing is going to stop you from dreaming, it just happens, we can't control it.

    The fact that you say that you still love him is horrible unfair to your current boyfriend. If you still love the ex and are dreaming about him, why are you with somebody else? I'd be suggesting that you break things off with him, for his sake.

    To be honest Jodie, I don't think you should be with a new guy yet. You need to get over your ex first to give yourself a chance to be happy with someone else, and it would be fairer to the guy involved too. The dreams will eventually stop, but you're going to have to let go, and accept you won't be with your ex again. I'm sorry to be so harsh, but acceptance is the first step to healing your heart, then you can move on properly with someone new.
