face recognition problem

    HI guys just bought a new lap top and was hoping someone can help me with the face recognition set up.

    the thing is I followed all the setup instructions.

    but when I restart the laptop I get this message the parameter is incorrect .

    please if anyone has any ideas I would be most grateful.

    thanks in advance guys .

    PS its a Toshiba satellite c850-1co.
