€50 over budget but it's worth it. There's no way to cut this down without dropping several of the parts to far inferior ones.

    Item|Price
    LG 22EA53VQ-P|€129.00
    MS Windows 8 64bit (SB-Version) Englisch|€85.37
AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition Box, Sockel AM3|€89.00
    ASRock 970DE3/U3S3, AM3+, ATX|€55.64
    8GB-Kit G.Skill RipJaws-X PC3-12800U CL9|€52.48
    PowerColor Radeon HD 7770 GHz Edition V2, 1GB DDR5|€98.60
    Cooltek CT K5 3.0, ohne Netzteil|€38.71
be quiet! SYSTEM POWER 7 400W|€38.94
    Samsung SH-118AB schwarz|€12.89
    Seagate Barracuda 7200 1000GB, SATA 6Gb/s|€58.85
    TP-Link TL-WN781N, 150Mbps, PCIe x1|€9.90
    Revoltec Wired Gaming Mouse W102|€8.58
    Shipping|€18.99
    Total|€696.95

If you need to make the cuts go down to an athlon 2 x4 for the processor and the 22" hannspree monitor.
