..easy for the officials to penalise a 14 year old amateur with no corporate sponsors, they gotta be consistent

I don't see what all the fuss is about.

Apparently there is a rule in golf that if Tiger Woods cheats it's ok (Rule 31b paragraph 7 we might lose viewers and advertisers section).

I don't think he was cheating, he didn't seem to understand that a common rule of golf did not apply to where he was. He has been punished and has accepted his punishment. He actually moved the ball further away from the hole and not closer and it was one yard. Storm in a tea-cup.
