Can't move mouse while holding down a key

    I know that I need to disable palm-check in the Synaptics settings tab, but there isn't any option there for me, this is what mine looks like.

    I've also tried different routs in my registery but again, there's nothing I can find about palmcheck.


    If anyone has an idea of how to fix it, I would greatly appreciate it. As you could predict, this is very annoying problem for gaming.

    That's strange. There should be a lot more options there.
    Have you tried grabbing the latest driver software from Synaptics?

    Well, isn't it often the simplest things overlooked. I just downloaded it from their website, I had assumed my drivers were already up to date, seeing as it's a new laptop. Anyway, thanks.
