Team Leader Interview Advice

    Hi all,

    I currently work as a Customer Service Advisor in a contact centre and have an internal interview for a Team Leader position on Monday within the same company! Eeeek! I am so nervous :eek:

    Unfortunately I am not the type of person that can think on the spot in an interview situation and its a harder interview when you know the people that will interview you.

    Does anyone have any advice and maybe some tricky interview questions that may be asked? Need to do alot of preperation!!

    Has anyone else been in a similiar situation?
