Grazing 2nd Round - What's the plan?

Finishing the 1st round on Sunday evening.
The covers for the 2nd round aren't up to par yet, there is a cover but not near enough. Going around the grazing block, there is nearly as much grass on the first 20 paddocks as the first paddock.( have been grazing silage ground for the last 15 days)
So what should I do now,
    1. divide the grazing platform by 25, and start moving through the second round, buffer feeding until covers meet my requirement, or
    2. Start of the 2nd round as slow as possible until covers catch up, and then take the foot off the brake.?

    1. Will grazing this affect regrowth for the 3rd round
    2. Will this grass get ahead of the cows.

Divide area by 25 and feed to defecite. Keep an eye on growth rates and be ready to pull out buffer feed when supply is greater than demand-

I'd keep fresh grass in cows diet at all times no matter how little amount it is

Another option is to graze half the silage ground again, this will split the first cut and stagger aftergrass. I usually start grazing a field of silage ground in feb. If I need it this time of year I graze it again.

If the seat's wet, sit on yer hat, a cool head is better than a wet ar5e.

Can't, I'm not long out of it. I went down through some of the fields yesterday, nothing worth grazing. Grazing some of it would push me too late, I'll be trying for a second cut this year.

Will this screw yield for the rest of the year on the paddocks that were grazed too early?

I am assuming that you are in covers of about 600 in the first 3-4 paddocks and the rest are at 3-400.
I wouldn't be stuck on 25 days so would go no.2
Be very careful as it will get ahead very quick on you if you buffer for too long.

There won't be any need to be 'very careful' for another three weeks - at least!
