    Hi, i got a question my friend got stop by the guards last year Jully for no road tax (last time payid in 2012 March) they took the car of him and he got it back of them the next day he dident use the car sinc then so i bought the car of him. Naw my question is will i hawe to pay back the road tax since March 2012 till naw?

    No you are liable for tax from the month you bought the car. if you bought the car this month (04/2013) then this is the first month you are liable for tax.
