The Hobbit Fanart (Fili and Kili)??

    Why do some people tend to draw Fili and Kili as gay incest lovers?
    I have seen that a lot lately when i google hobbit fanart, and I have nothing against gay men, but I do draw the line on incest.
    But I still think it is really weird that people would draw this, especially since the characters come from an wholesome book that is written for children.

    Internet rule NUmber 4,56,301. If any show, film, book features two male characters there will exist fan art where the two males are gay lovers. Deviant art is nothing more than pictures of male Twilight characters banging each other.

    They don't even both have to be male - some fan "art" would suggest Bart and Lisa Simpson enjoy a very close relationship indeed.

    But WHY do they feel they need to do it, especially since they are siblings?!? It just very weird to look at!
