    Hi
for a basic extension 80 - 100 Euro per square foot would be an accurate yard stick in today's market.

Depends on what its for? Is there a kitchen or just a general room extension, what type of glazing? Is new heating system required or just extension of system etc etc

No just living space. No kitchen. New house so no new hearing system required.

It is more expensive to build at the back of a terraced house than a detached.
