Can't pay utility bill with AIB online banking

    Just tried to pay an ESB bill through AIB's online system and I'm getting "Utility bill no longer available".

    Any idea why?

    It's a couple of days past the 'Pay by' date but that surely can't be the reason.

    Are you sure you chose Electric Ireland as the recipient?
