    Hi,
Does anyone know how to enable Java in the system tab of the Java Runtime Enviroment Settings window.

(Control Panel > Java > java > view > system)

I'm trying to enable this on a windows 7 64bit machine.

I have attached a screenshot of another computer where it is enabled.
Note. you can not click/unclick this box directly!!

    Thanks in advance!

Are you trying to enable web applets in your browser or set up an IDE etc?

If you're running a 32-bit Java program on a 64-bit system, you'll need the 32-bit JRE installed as well as the 64-bit JRE. Could you post a screenshot from your own machine?
