Refund of DIRT via single tax credit?

    A quick theoretical question, i have no other income but interest on deposits, can i reclaim DIRT using my single person tax credit?

    DIRT may be reclaimed by a person over 65 but if you are under 65 there is no refund available even where you have no other income.
