Unusual Monitoring Device

Hi There, I heard that there was 2 engineers in tipp that developed a device for monitoring a cows tail movements, (This can be used for monitoring her health) a few years ago. They never commercialised the product but would love to meet these guys. Does anyone have contact details for these guys ? Please PM if you do

I dont know the guys or the product.. but an accelerometer and a data logger should be pretty simple to diy up if you want one in case thats what this is about
