I have a leinster jersey, the sky blue one with the spray of juice across the bottom, its a tight fit but a decent fit, its a youths 14, now i'm looking to get an older bank of scotland one, and its in a youths 14 also, what are the size differences, will it be tiny or looser?

spray of juice across the bottom

'Unicorn Jizz' is how I think it was offically termed.

The older Canterbury stuff generally tend to be bigger and loser on you based on comparable sizes
