As some people probably noticed RayCun stepped down recently as moderator which kinda flew under the radar due to us waiting to make the announcement of a replacement. I just want to thank him for all his hard work as moderator.

And now to his replacement I would like people to welcome.......TFBubendorfer and wish him the best of luck

Great choice guys, and thanks for stepping up TFBubendorfer.
We can all look forward to a new era of moderatorship - unhurried, consistent, and going on for a very, very long time. :D

Oh no... Next we'll all be getting up at 4:30am, to run 20 miles on an empty stomach, in training for an ultra marathon, with no speed-work, wearing LIDL shoes with 1,200 miles on the clock. Great choice and welcome to our new Austrian-Irish overlord!

Great job Ray. Best of luck TFBubendorfer

...now as an endurance runner, you might have some advice on this niggling injury that I have. It's somewhere between my hip and my ankle. It hurts when I scratch it but not when I rub it. It's worse between 2 and 4, Monday to Saturday but never hurts on a Sunday.

Any anecdotal, non specific advice would be much appreciated.

How much do you want for the entry and how much of that price goes to Charity?

Thanks Ray for all the hard work over the last few years.

Welcome TFB. Coming after D'pop and Ray are taking up the role of 'enforcer'? :p
