alternatives to Trailfinders?

I've gotten what looks like a rather good quote from Trailfinders for a fairly complex multicity holiday in Asia. For a variety of reasons, I'd rather book all in one go through a travel agent rather than book individual bits myself. But as it is still a hefty sum, I wouldn't mind comparing with other providers too. Are there any Irish or online agents who offer similar full-service travel agency services like TF? I haven't come across any myself.

    Thanks.

Gohop are based on Pearse Street, but a family member had a total nightmare with them so I can't recommend them. Did a few long haul multi city trips to SE Asia with Trailfinders myself, couldn't fault them on price or detail.

Oh thank you, yes I'd heard TF had a good rep alright, good to know who to avoid as well. Chances are I will take the Trailfinder offer but just a tiny bit nervous that I'm making the right choice when spending so much.

Have a look at this and see what prices come up, you should be able to use this info to get trailfinders or another travel agent to book for you (you can't book through this site)

I have priced around a few time when using trailfinders and have always found them to be as good if not better than the alternatives....with the added advantage of TF being top notch....I would recommend that you go with them !!

When I was booking our honeymoon I went to trailfinders, we basically were flying to Rio, then around Brazil to Argentina (4 internal flights) and back via Buenos Aires. The price I got was extortionate so I went online did the research, knocked about €4,000 off it and went back in with my itinerary. They were pretty much able to match it which was easier to do via one agent.

USIT can also do these trips .... pop in and get a quote.

trailfinders, gohop, USIT, tropical sky or any travel agent.

you will more than likely get better prices online but the travel agents will have deals and extras thrown in (stuff like free massages/spa treatments, or courtesy taxi/bus to and from airport ...simple things which make a difference)

if you goto USIT - Lucianne White I would recommend and if you choose Tropical Sky I recommend Hugh Staunton, I keep getting different people in Trailfinders so cant recommend a person in there and I have not booked with Gohop, but they seem more like south africa specialists than Asia.

We went to Thailand with Tropical Sky last year ... Koh Samui, Chiang Mai and Bangkok ... worked out perfect, and we've chosen tropical sky (Hugh Staunton) for our honeymoon French Polynesia and Cook Islands .... looks fantastic and after getting an initial quotation of 11K per person Hugh suggested we choose another Island as Bora Bora is quite snobby ...so we are Moorea bound....still looks the same and has the same luxuries...and scenery.
