UPC charges for Ireland and UK calls

I signed for UPC package but did not get what i asked for. Instead they charge me for all Ireland and UK calls. My previous provider gave me broadband plus Irish and UK land line calls for €50. Tried to cancel but they are saying I'm tied in to pay €160 monthly as opposed to paying €50. Any advise would be appreciated
