Do Permanent TSB offer SEPA transfers through their online banking service?

    By SEPA transfer I mean free of charge within Europe, and you only need to provide IBAN, BIC, and payee name

    Yes you can make a SEPA payment from OPEN24. By the way SEPA payments are not free of charge. They are charged at the same price as a credit transfer within Ireland.

    Payments & transfers -> Pay to other accounts (including international accounts).

    Free of charge, yes.

    With PTSB perhaps, but SEPA payment != "no charge". If your bank charges for a domestic transfer, it will almost certainly charge the same for a SEPA one. They are not allowed to charge more however.
