5b. If no, what resolution is your current monitor and do you plan to upgrade in the near future? [1920x1080/1440x900/etc.] [Yes/No]

6. Do you need any of these peripherals? [Keyboard/Mouse/Wireless Card/Card Reader/Speakers/etc.] Wireless. I Have everything else.

7. Are you willing to try overclocking? [Yes]

8. How can you pay? [Bank Transfer/Laser]

9. When are you purchasing? [In about 40 days]

10. If you need help building it, where are you based? [Swords, Dublin]

I built a PC (with a little help) 10 years ago. I'm looking at starting with a i53570k cpu but I'm open to suggestions. Thanks for your help.

The time is now for this build but unfortunately I only scraped €800 together.:(
I'm thinking of ditching the ssd...and I don't need wireless for now.. I was also thinking of going with a 22" monitor, anyway can anyone help me streamline this build that Bloodbath did for me? It must come under €800 as I said. I'll be purchasing on Monday thanks.:o

Revised build. Threw the wireless card in anyway as it's just about in budget. The 8320 is a very good processor for the money. It also has a lot of overclocking head room. You should be able to get it to at least 4.5ghz. It's per core performance is lower than the 3570k but it has double the threads so it outperforms it in heavily threaded programs. Games will be making use of 8 threads within the next year.

Good spot, dunno how i missed that. How to the get price down to include the ram is the question.

There are a few options.

Drop the wireless card.

Drop the cpu cooler.

Get a 6300 instead of an 8320.

Get a cheaper case.

Get a cheaper graphics card.

I think maybe the cooler and wireless card drop would be the best short term solution. You can always get these at a later date.

ok it seems that nice versatile cpu you described is out of stock. I'm wondering do they regularly replenish stock or should I be looking for an alternative?

They are usually quick at restocking. If you can't wait you could keep the cooler and wireless card and go for a 6300 for now.

You're still going to get great game performance and you can always upgrade the processor in future if needed. AMD will be releasing at least 1 more generation of cpu's on that socket.

Thanks. As long as there is scope to upgrade... I will probably buy the cooler anyway it just wasn't in stock.

I can also add a case fan myself right? cause I have one of those.

The case comes with 1 rear exhaust fan. You can easily add up to 6 extra 120mm fans. (2 on the front 2 on the side and 2 on the top)

A total of 2/3 fans would be sufficient though
