    Hey Guys,
    Second post here,I'll try again,I may have misunderstood the rules regarding recommendations and quotes. My bad.

    I need some info regarding roof/attic and internal wall insulation. Basically I am looking for people with suggestions on materials and methods etc.

    Here's the deal. It's a mid terrace house with flat roof kitchen extension. I'm looking to get every outside wall internally insulated so the 2 main (front and back) and the 4 x 3.8 kitchen extension (3 walls)

    I will be getting rid of the attic space for more headroom upstairs and to bring in more light via 2 new skylights. This will need to be totally re insulated so looking for the best option here.

    I've also decided as of today to replace all the windows.. What's the best order to tackle this work? Hoping to get cracking on it ASAP so any help would be greatly appreciated.
